TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran's Islamic Culture and Relations Organization opened a library in Afghanistan's Eastern Ghazni province.
The library named 'Martyr Ayatollah Mohammad Nasser Fayaz' was set up in a mosque in Ghazni. The project is set up to address the region's residents and members of the Aladdin Youth Council in the province, the Iranian book news agency said.
Different social strata of the city are aimed in the project and numerous Quranic, ethics and jurisprudence courses are scheduled to be held in the locality of the library. The classes are held everyday excluding Fridays. Besides the courses, various other social programs are designed for the library.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi stressed Tehran's continued commitment to assist reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan, and said Iran has already invested over $600mln in infrastructural projects in its Southeastern neighbor.
Salehi said the Kabul government is well aware of the wide range of Iran's cooperation with the Afghan brothers, and reminded that over 3 million Afghan refugees live in Iran, 300,000 Afghan students are studying at the Iranian schools and over 7,000 Afghan students are studying in the country's universities, while Tehran has invested huge sums in its war-torn neighbor.
