Das ist alles nicht so wirklich geheimnisvoll. Es besteht eine umfangreiche Infrastruktur zur Fertigung und Wartung von Hubschraubern und Flugzeugen und inzwischen auch eine vernünftige Logistik zur Verwaltung der Lagerbestände. Instrumente, Turbinenschaufeln, Schläuche, Schrauben, Kabel, Reifen, Tragflächen, Bewaffnung, Kabinenhauben, Ersatzteile für bzw. neue Radare sind bei inländischen Herstellern zu beziehen. Es sind nur sehr wenige Spezialteile, die im Ausland beschafft werden müssen. Das ist, wie in anderen Ländern auch, mit Arbeit verbunden.
Um zur Eingangsfrage zurück zu kommen: Nein, ich denke nicht, dass die Iraner einem Chinesen erlauben. die technischen Details einer IRIAF F-14 zu studieren.
