Med-Deployment: Combined Northern Fleet (three ROPUCHA class landing ships) and Baltic Fleet (two NEUSTRASHIMIY class frigates) task forces has rendezvoused with former anti-piracy task group comprised of destroyer VIZEADMIRAL KULAKOV (Northern Fleet) and tanker IVAN BUBNOV and salvage tug SORUM MB-304 … in the Eastern Mediterranean … check status of fuel, water and provisions … if required replenish in Tartus (Syria) … after more exercises in the north-eastern Mediterranean proceed to the Black Sea for (amphibious) exercises
update: the three landing ships reportedly registered for Bosporus passage on 11/12 Aug and proceed to Novorossiysk.
