Wie zuvor bereits berichtet, mehren sich in den höheren Kreisen des iranischem Machtapparats die Stimmen wieder eine deutlich aktivere Rolle im Kampf gegen den israelischen Aggressor einzunehmen. Der bewaffnete Aufstand soll demnach zunehmend auch vom Westjordanland aus geführt werden. Dieser Plan wurde zunächst von Staatsoberhaupt Khamenei verbreitet und wurde im Folgenden von mehreren Stellen aufgegriffen:
