mal wieder ein paar neue Zahlen... diesmal aus UK

The £2,163 million price tag includes 12 aircraft as well as everything the squadron needs to operate them, including all associated support equipment and capital spares, but neither their weapons nor their fuel. (Royal Air Force fast jet squadrons comprise 12 aircraft).

This works out to an average cost of £180.2 million ($274 million) per aircraft.

The NAO’s report states that the new, £5,622 million cost appears in the Lightning II Main Gate 4 Business Case (MG4 BC) and covers “procurement of the aircraft for the first UK Squadron with all associated support equipment and capital spares.”

die ersten 12 Serienmaschinen für UK kosten also ca 280 Mio Dollar pro Stück...wobei hier auch diverses Equipment und Ersatzteile dabei sind, welche für den Betrieb benötigt werden... aber noch keine Waffen oder Sprit...
insgesamt hat UK wohl bisher 5,5 Mrd Pfund, also knapp 7 Mrd Dollar investiert (in Entwicklung, 4 Vorserien/Test-maschinen und die ersten 12 Serienmaschinen)

hier könnte man aus UK Sicht doch mal versuchen parallelen zum Eurofighter Programm aufzuspannen.... um zu schauen welche Zahlen hier im Vergleich rauskommen!?
