According to information published by Tass on November 3, 2022, the Russian Navy's Project 885M SSGN Krasnoyarsk is undergoing trials at sea, Sevmash CEO Mikhail Budnichenko told. [...] The Russian SSGN has a length of 130 m (430 ft), a beam of 13 m (43 ft), and a draught of 9.4 m (31 ft). Krasnoyarsk can carry a complement of 64 sailors.
The Yasen-M class is an improved version of the Yasen nuclear attack submarine using an advanced design that increases its ability to detect enemy vessels at speeds far higher than those of its predecessors.
